Depending on the type of equipment or service needed you may be able to use one of Mack's authorized service centers near you. To locate an authorized service center near you please e-mail us at localrepair@mackcam.com. Please note that a control number must be obtained from Mack Camera prior to obtaining service from an authorized service center. For international inquiries e-mail us at international@mackcam.com.
Mack Camera & Video Services Inc. is not responsible for international shipping or any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Custom's clearance.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer's defects.) Such service, repair or adjustment of this equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this service contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee. This service contract permits one head cleaning a year at Mack Camera & Video Service Inc.
This service contract does not cover damaged LCD screens, cables, tapes, DVD's, batteries, AC adapters, remotes, software, connectors, interchangeable lenses, or any additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.
Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer's defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion.
This service contract only applies to the product(s) specified herein.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification is presented at the time of service.
A separate service contract is available for interchangeable lenses.
